Date of event and final decision on what we want to do for it.

This post is to discuss on what we want to finally do now that we have them pitches in. The YMCA seems popular choice for the charity so do you want to do that? Also what would you rather do for the event though raffle or a tuck shop? As for dates we have these dates available to run our event. 22 October 2015, 29 October 2015 and 5 November 2015. What would be the best suited for everyone?

    yea the YMCA seems like a good one too, i think a tuck shop would be better as we wouldn't be certain that most people would buy raffles, but there again i might be wrong, and i think in terms of the date the quicker the better. so i would say 22 October what do you guys think?

      Yea good idea, I'm happy with that. I agree with you quicker the better that gives us about month to get the sweets and advertise.

    I am happy with the 22nd October to hold the event. That gives us 4 weeks to get organised and be ready. So we all agree on the 22nd of October we will hold a tuck shop.
